Manhattan Running Company’s training program is designed to help you train for the Bill Snyder Highway Half & 5k that takes place on May 21st. This program will focus on gaining endurance and speed to help you complete the half or 5k to the best of your ability. The program will start Jan 31st and conclude on May 21st.
16 Week Training Program – $65 thru January 14th, $75 – Jan 15th-Start of the program

- Supportive coaches to keep you going
- Weekly motivating emails based off Bill Snyder’s 16 pillars of success.
- Weekly group runs(Tuesday evening, Thursday morning & weekend long runs)
