Manhattan Running Company’s training program is designed to help you train for the Bill Snyder Highway Half & 5k that takes place on May 19th.  This program will focus on gaining endurance and speed to help you complete the half or 5k to the best of your ability.  The program will start Jan 31st and conclude on May 19th.

16 Week Training Program –$70

  • 16 week personal training plan(based on info given to us about your goals)
  • Special Edition Run the Bill Tee
  • Supportive coaches to keep you going
  • Weekly group runs(Tuesday evening, Thursday morning & weekend long runs)
